I made this cake recently for my granddaughter Oona’s 3rd birthday. She is a huge fan of Peppa Pig and one of her favourite episodes is called The Blackberry Bush. This cake recreates the story, and you can see that Mummy Pig has taken Peppa and George blackberry picking. Mummy has gotten a little over enthusiastic and has fallen head first into the bush, leaving just her little legs sticking out of the top! The cake itself is on tier Cacao Heaven with chocolate buttercream and one tier St Clements, filled with homemade lemon curd. Oona was very impressed, and beaming when mummy carried the cake in and everyone sang. Hope you like it too. Thanks for looking. :)
