My first attempt on brush embroidery with white royal icing on my biggest wedding cake to date. Bottom tier is fruit, chocolate with chocolate ganache, lemon with lemon butter cream, carrot with orange butter cream and the top was walnut with white chocolate ganache. Topped with pink roses. Covered in Ivory sugar paste.
