This cake was made for a little Blair’s first birthday. I was asked to design the cake based on the invitation I was given, and this is what I came up with.
Top tier was Banana, which is apparently Blair’s favourite cake, and the bottom tier was Chocolate Jaffa mud cake, both covered in chocolate ganache and fondant.
