This was for my niece’s little boy who turned 2 this past July. I was inspired by so many Bubble Guppies and Under the Sea cakes that I saw when searching for ideas but mainly used Love & Sugar Bakeshop’s (from FB) as inspiration for the topsy shape of the bottom tier (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=549245118430859&set=a.160005424021499.29858.155441081144600&type=3&theater). Gil is handmade completely from fondant. Used Wilton molds for the tall red coral and the bottom border. The rest is handshaped. TFL.
