I made this for a old School friend’s 40th she’s really into Mountain biking as Rotorua has some of the best mountain biking trails in the World through our local forest….so I based her cake on some of her favourite Trails They have funny names like Chop Suey, Rock Drop, Dragon’s Tail, Split Enz etc so i made little signs for each & made trees out of RKT, The bike Chain & Gears are all fondant airbrushed & it’s hard to see in theses photos but the bottom brown track has Bicycle track impressions in it as does the Top tier
