This was a special cake made for my son who is a great fan of the game Assassins Creed.
The cake was a 4 layered chocolate and red velvet cake.
Ideally, I wanted to recreate Giotto’s tower in Florence, but in view of time constraints, I had to opt to make just a roof top from where Ezzio (the main character of the game) would have a bird’s eye view of the city and be ready to do one of his ‘leap of faith’ jumps.
