Hello – I`m essieJ and I live in San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas – Mexico. I have been cooking and baking since I was very little. I LOVE making cakes. I have never had any training but I have enjoyed looking through recipe books and now on internet. My goal is to learn how to use fondant- as I think it would be interesting.
