This was my daughter’s 7th birthday cake, made to reflect the works of Jacqueline Wilson.
My daughter loved it. Tracy was made from modelling chocolate and all the other items from sugarpaste. The cake was 3 layers of vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries. Yummy!
