An anniversary cake for my Aunt, and my Uncle who is in recovery after a major operation and weeks of chemo and was allowed home a couple of weeks ago – Sometimes it’s ‘just cake’, and other times you realise how lucky you are to actually be around to eat it !! xx
(His mum was known in the family as ‘The Madeira Cake Queen’ so no pressure then with this lemon version :/ )
