A friend asked for a Christmas cake, nothing specific, just a Christmas cake. After doing all of the usual ‘seasonal’ holly, christmassy themes I thought I would go back to the roots of Christmas. The lady has two children of school age, and every mum loves a school nativity so thats the theme I went with. It was nice to do something bold and a little different to the usual requests. -- Tiggys Cakes
