Wow! I’m not sure what I was thinking, making this cake. This is over 20 layers of cake and more fondant and ganache than I can possibly think about. This entire cake is edible and it’s over 28” tall. The legos at the bottom are so you can see how large this guy is. The little lego guy is actual size, the red lego is medium size and the yellow lego is a jumbo block. My cake is covered in marshmallow fondant. Arms are made out of rice cereal treats and hands are made out of gumpaste.
