This cake was for a girl who just loves ballet. So, to celebrate her 10th birthday, I made this cake in shades of peach. The ruffles are actually two toned. I took a piece of peach and a piece of white fondant and stuck them together, overlapping them slightly, so you can see both colors on the ruffle. Ballerina is cut out of gumpaste.
