Double Height Vanilla Cake. this was part of a wedding order and was set up with 175 coordinating mini muffins.
The cake is 8 layers of vanilla sponge filled with vanilla bean buttercream and strawberry preserve.
It is covered in a smooth layer of buttecream-no sugarpaste! It took A LOT of smoothing to get it like this!!
The topper is a cluster of sugar Gerberas, the bride’s chosen flower, in Burgundy and Ivory.
