This cake tested my nerves a bit. For the first time, I traveled with a fully assembled cake, my heart beating out of my chest the whole way there! Luckily, all went well! ;) I made this for my friend, who’s daughter was turning 15. All three tiers are alternating chocolate and white cake and frosted in buttercream. The stripes and dots are fondant and the dot border around the first and third tier are buttercream. The 15 topper and the bow are made from 50/50 gumpaste and fondant.
