I love poppies :) And always wanted to make a cake including one. It must be my favourite style – simple bold colours and simple decoration. Vey popular at the wedding fayre too and enquiried about.
Think it would serve a party nicely with some matching mini cakes in black and white stripes with a small poppy on top of each :)
