The Fairy Boot Cake – was inspired by Jessica’s favourite toy – A fairy boot dolls house. I put a little sugar model of Jessica (The birthday girl) on the front dressed up as a little fairy. The cake was a carved lemon Madeira cake with a zesty lemon buttercream. Jessica & her Mummy were both thrilled with the cake.
