This was my first attempt at making a shoe out of fondant. It didnt come out as I wanted but at least it held together (unlike the previous 3 that were binned) and made it to the birthday girl intact.
The cake is double vanilla with vanilla buttercream filling.
I put the girls name, date of birth and age on the barcode (made from an edible icing sheet).
