I spent an amazing day with my good friend Hilary Rose and learnt to make this rose and then I have tried to improve a few of my skills by practising some new techniques that I have never tried before on the other tiers – chevrons are challenging and so too is quilt effect lol but hopefully with more practise I will improve -- www.facebook/thelemontreebakeryuk
