Hi Miettes. Yes indeed Jessica Harris. I bought her tutorial online 2 weeks ago. I haven’t finished it yet but has done this cake already! The sharp edge bit is pretty easy to achieve but I need to work on the decoration without the right tools it’s pretty hard to get it perfect. Thank you for your compliment. You should try Jessica’s technique. I like it a lot. XX
