I was asked to make some cupcakes using edible crystallized flowers / petals – really happy with how they turned out. Its the first time I’ve used them to decorate my cakes.

They are beautiful! Forgive my ignorance, but are they real flower petals covered in sugar or are they made from sugarcraft?

Thank you they are real flowers that have been crystallized. The blossoms are edible =)
