Barbie is chocolate cake filled with whipped chocolate and cream, ganache frosted and covered in fondant, Barbie figure is made of 50/50 gumpaste and fondant. Bottom tier is Ube Cake filled with whipped halaya and cream with coconut sport string, white chocolate ganache frosted and covered in fondant, all embellishments are 50/50 gumpaste and fondant.
