My First Minnie Cake

It seems like it took me forever to make this cake…
I had fears the round fondant may slide down when attached to the side of the cake. Thank God, it didn’t though the cake was transported in a distant place.

The head of Minnie gave me a headache…it is made of chocolate mud cake, formed like a big cake pop…
but had to cover it with fondant to attain that smooth finish.

I cant make the ears to be another fondant, it will be too heavy it might collapse inluding the ears so I had to resort to lighter materials…and not edible anymore.

Sheer hardwork really!
