My nephew loves Sushi, so I thought I would turn it into a cake. Getting there, bit more confident now but covering a cake is still very hit and miss. Everything is edible apart from the fortune as my edible pen decided not to write even though I only got it a couple of weeks ago (surely it hasn’t run out already)... Wasn’t sure if I should have put the fortune cookie on as more Chinese than Japanese but he loves them too. :) Hope everyone likes.
