Here’s the wedding cake I made for a bride & groom and their small family dinner celebration. The bride’s colors were ivory, marine blue and a little copper, and she wanted to incorporate snowflakes in some way. This design quickly formed in my head, along with the idea of the hanging heart key. This is a “double barrel”…I really wanted to have enough room for the snowflake swoop, so I thought this might be perfect. It’s finished in buttercream.
