I was asked to make a Sweet Sixteen cake, with the “Browning” Logo and to make it pretty and girly. So I added 16 flowers around the cake, with roses, gerbera daisies, and small daisies going around. This was my first time making any kind of fondant flowers. The logo is piped from melted chocolate.
