I attended a cake class with Bronwen Weber this weekend in New Orleans. I’m self taught so this was my first class ever. Bronwen was so generous sharing her techniques and secrets with the class. One of the classes was sculpting a little dog out of modeling chocolate. The class was provide by Sugared Productions. Thank you, Bronwen, Frank and Sharon for the awesome class!
