Banana Split

I wanted to do something fun, for my family members, that came from out of state. Who doesn’t like a Banana Split? The bowl is made out of dark chocolate mud cake, covered in ganached and then covered with fondant. The scoops of ice cream are also mud cake, ganached and then covered with colored buttercream. I used Magic Shell chocolate and caramel to make the sauces and the cherries are made out of fondant. Spoons are made with chocolate.
