My interpretation of Martha Stewart’s ‘teardrop’ wedding cake.
I used three different hues of ‘buttercup yellow’ to make the teardrop – a perfect colour combo for a summer wedding here in Australia!
Both tiers are chocolate mud with dark chocolate ganache.

Oh, thanks so much Dina! It’s not so much fun being asked to use somebody else’s cake design, but I did love the colours and made a few changes along the way.

The original design from Martha Stewart’s site is saved on my hard drive for a while now… It did catch my attention!!! Love your interpretation!!!
