Gift Box Cake

A gift box cake for an elegant grandmother whose favourite colour is blue. Royal icing damask stencil on fondant, bow and tag are also fondant. Caramel and vanilla cake layers with dulce de leche and vanilla cream cheese fillings, and white chocolate ganache frosting. Inspired by a cake by Nunuk, who did an infinitely better job!
