This was a fun cake to make! The bee/viking on top is my first go at RKT modelling which I was quite pleased with. The figure was based on the fundraising logo of a company based in Bristol who raised over £200,000 for Oxfam last year. The cake itself was a chocolate fudge cake filled with ganache.
