Angry birds cake
I made this cake for my son’s eighth birthday. I had to make the figures twice as the first lot were eaten by my then two year old for breakfast!!! The cake is vanilla sponge, filled and crumb coated with chocolate buttercream, covered in fondant and with fondant decorations. This was before I discovered CMC or gum tragacanth!
