A birthday cake for my 5 year old son who had a pirate themed birthday party. The cake was a Victoria sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. I also made a chocolate cutting cake which I thought would be easier to cut up for the guests and ended up taking the entire skull cake home because the cutting cake served everyone!
