Graffiti Grunge

These mini cakes were made for a very hip couple who wanted something unique for their engagement party. I made custom colored fondant garnishes which were lots of fun because each cut out came out a little bit different. I made a fresh raspberry coulis and a vanilla buttercream icing and put them separately into my pastry bag to get the graffiti effect with the icing. It was a good day!
