This is a chocolate fondant cake with vanilla buttercream icing covered with fondant.
My mother-in-law passed away on Christmas Day and today is my mom’s birthday. This cake was all I could do as I did not have time to prepare elaborate decorations. It turned out simple yet elegant and nice!
