My best and Warm wishes for 2013 :) !!! Here is New Year’s eve Yule log. A rolled vanilla sponge cake with Praliné IMBC covered with chocolate ganache and finished with marzipan-fondant ( half and half). I can’t wait to enjoy it tomorrow ;) !
