And here is the 8th and final fruit cake made with love for my SIL! Decided to go for the ‘less is more’ medium and the cake is completely white and brushed with white pearl lustre dust. Quite possibly my personal favourite of all the christmas cakes I have made this year. -- Live each day as if it's your last because one day you will be right.
