Topsy Turvy Engagement Cake

The making of this cake was one hell of a challenge. The temperature was 38/104 degrees, and the humidity was the worst that I have ever experienced. Making working with fondant an absolute nightmare. I had to do the top tiers fondant 3 times. It was only suppose to have a few hearts on it, but after I rang the bride-to-be to tell her of my troubles, we decided to cover the whole thing with hearts to hid the booboos.
