This cake was created for my cake class.
8inch Hexagonal fruit cake – Marzipan and double iced [ivory & brown] to give the open circle effect ontop.
Our challenge was Bridge & Extension work which is my first attempt and ive added a sugar moulded bell – also a first attempt.
