The Throne

I made this cake last June as requested by my 7 y.o daughter in celebration for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebration. This cake is a chocolate moist cake frosted with chocolate ganache decorated with fondant & gumpaste. The throne was made of gumpaste using the silicone moulds given to me by my cake friend, Rose of Couture Cakes by Rose.
