I made this cake for a birthday girl who REALLY loves Cheez-it!

The cake is a butter vanilla marble and filled/frosted with vanilla buttercream and then covered and decorated with marshmallow fondant. The CHEEZ-IT crackers are lemon flavored marshmallow fondant. The 15 topper is gumpaste.
