I made this cake replica of the Jacobite steam train for a train mad little boy called Rowan for his 4th birthday.
It is the same train that is used for the Harry Potter films.
It had lights and smoke (which to be honest could have worked better) and a flickering fire in the cab. 
Carved from cake and using sweet success ganache then sculpted with Saracino modelling paste and Squires Kitchen flower paste.
