Fondant/gumpaste to cover two half spheres from Wilton knife . I froze in the freezer for 30 mins. I then used a serated knife to trip each halves. I used buttercream or ganache to attached two halve.into a ball. Crumb coat and freeze again. Cover each ball and decorate.
