Basket of Roses - 70th Birthday

This cake was for a friend – a keen gardener! Rich chocolate cake, with ganache filling. Cake is covered with marbled fondant.. Handles, roses, foliage and numbers are made with gum paste. Pearls are real – a keepsake for the birthday girl!
