This is a simple white multi tiered wedding cake. The design was simple but I feels it made a statement as well. I love the mixture of buttercream and fondant. The bottom is a dummy tier. The flowers around the edge, I thought I really should have done better at math. I figured I had enough for the circumference of the tier to have the flowers tight together, that didn’t work out, so I scrambled and repositioned them.

This is one of my favourite cakes I’ve done.
