Today I present my latest Royal icing work inspired by Kew Gardens, the greenhouses designed by Prince Albert, husband of Queen Victoria. Flowers and plants enclosed in a geometric cage of frames and nature.
Completely made in Royal icing with different techniques, including run out, pressure piping, modern filigreee and cornelli.
