Each cake I make is an effort in simplicity. After looking at it, I decided it kinda looks like a snowscape with a few trees and a hydrangea star. Can you see it? Or have my eyes crossed from so many late nights? The frilly petals are inspired by @jasmineraecakes

This cake is finished in ganache and frilly fondant strips applied at the bottom. Flower petals are gumpaste. I created a marble effect with the fondant. It’s magical when you mix the colors together and pass them through the pasta roller attachment. You never know what you’ll get! In this case, one of the fondant colors matched the bluish Gray ganache, so the result makes it appear like the ganache is visible through the fondant. Pretty cool
