I made this cake for my nieces 1st birthday & it was easy. It was a cocnut red velvet cake. It did take me about 40 mins to pipe just the red. Partly because my hand was getting tired from the squeezing & I put too much icing in the bag, so that didn’t help either. I’ve learned my lesson. I really did like how it turned out though.
