Penguin Christmas Cake

I made this cake for my family for Christmas Day. They are big chocolate lovers so I made a chocolate cake with chocolate IMBC and then my first attempt at ganaching a cake. The penguins on top are each meant to be my nieces and nephews, Dylan aged 12 loves snowbaording, Tierney age 6 and the youngest two Alfie & Orla both 3 years old! I airbrushed the blue around the sides and then airbrushed all over with white metallic spray.
