Please forgive the photo, it was taken outside during the day but thanks to hurricane Sandy, this is the best I could get. Buttercream, vanilla cake filled with homemade raspberry fruit filling. Candy cross and monogram of baby’s initials, buttercream roses and accents.

I love this cake, it is classical… and absolutely beautiful. I hope that wretched storm did not spoil your day!

Our power went out for almost 12 hours and we got some water in our basement but it wasn’t bad, a bit like camping! Kids had fun.
Thank you for the compliments on the cake, I got a call from the clients who said it was the most delicious cake they’d ever had and the most beautiful they’d ever seen. What a great way to start the day after a storm!
