A super cute jungle cake <3
I really loved making these cute animals.
First time I made a dairy free cake, so it was an extra challenge to create a cake and develop fillings that taste as good as normal cakes. According to the mother of the little boy I succeeded very well (and she already reserved for the birthday party of his big sister end of this year, who also has a dairy intolerance). It was the fist time for them that everybody liked the dairy free cake so much, that the cake was eaten completely, instead of heaving a lot of left overs after the party. This really makes me happy (being a hobby baker) _
